There is increasing evidence that meditation has many benefits that everyone can experience including: managing stress and improve mental health, feeling more relaxed, having greater mental focus and feeling positively connected with others
Kelsang Jangchub, the Resident Teacher of Kalpha Bhadra Kadampa Buddhist Centre in Llandudno, will introduce:
- How simple meditation help us relax and become happier
- The different types of meditation and the benefits they bring
- How meditation can helps us be more compassionate & loving
- How Buddhist meditation can transform the way we see the world, enabling us to find meaning in our daily life.
- How those wishing to go deeper can discover a profound and life-changing spiritual path
