5 Ways to Deal with Stress & Anxiety
Practical ways to develop and keep a happy and positive mind in modern life
With meditation teacher Kelsang Jangchub
Wednesday 15 Nov | 7.00 – 8.15 pm
When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations, we usually regard the situation, or other people, as the real problem. In reality, when we experience problems or difficulties they come from our minds. If we can learn how to respond to difficult situations or challenging people with a positive, peaceful mind then the ‘problem’ will disappear. We only experience problems when we respond to difficulties with a negative state of mind. Therefore, if we want to be happy all the time and free from problems we need to learn how to develop and maintain a positive and peaceful mind all the time.
- Explore where happiness, stress, worries and difficulties really come from
- Discover the power of a positive peaceful mind to reduce stress and worries in your life
- Learn simple contemplations and meditations you can use in daily life to reduce and banish stress and anxiety
- The event concludes with a guided meditation and questions and answers
- Receive a free eBook of the best-selling book ‘How to Transform Your Life’ by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche
Everybody welcome.
