The best way to understand the benefits of meditation is to experience them for yourself. You don’t have to meditate for a long time each day to experience its benefits. Five, ten or fifteen minutes is enough to calm your mind, improve your mental clarity, reduce feelings of stress and tension and give you a fresh perspective on life.
