The best way to understand the benefits of meditation is to experience them for yourself.
You don’t have to meditate for a long time each day to experience its benefits. Five, ten or fifteen minutes is enough to calm your mind,
improve your mental clarity, reduce feelings of stress and tension and give you a fresh perspective on life.

Evening Lectures
A one-off Wednesday night lecture on an aspect of meditation and modern Buddhism is an easy way to begin
your meditative journey and get a taste of what modern Buddhism and meditation can offer you.

30 Minute Classes
Tuesdays 12.30 pm | July – Dec | Kalpa Bhadra Kadampa Buddhist Centre
Take 30 minutes to journey within. Each lunchtime class consists of two guided meditations and
a short explanation of how to keep a peaceful mind in daily life. The class will help you relax, reset and recharge.
No previous experience is required, drop in any week!
