Group of meditators

People attend meditation classes at Llandudno’s meditation centre and events around North Wales for many different reasons. Some are looking for help with stress, worry and anxiety, sometimes referred by their GP. Some are specifically interested in meditation and want to better understand the solutions offered by Buddhism to the problems of modern life through developing the mind by cultivating compassion and wisdom. Others are seeking community and volunteering opportunities. Whatever your reason for choosing to visit, everyone is welcome.

No previous experience is necessary and classes are suitable for both beginners and more experienced meditators. Each class explores a different topic and short courses explore a theme about meditation and modern Buddhism. Each class is self-contained and you can come to any class or event that works for you. Classes usually begin with a short guided breathing meditation followed by a talk, further meditation and time for discussion and questions at the end. After the class, the teacher is available if you want to say hello or have other questions.

We look forward to welcoming you to the centre.
