Weekday Centre Card Members can access the following classes online:

Wednesday Evening Meditation Class

Full and Benefactor Centre Card Members can also access all the weekend courses (except empowerments)

All Centre Card Members can join in various Chanted Prayers online.

Offering to the Spiritual Guide puja is regularly livestreamed.

Other pujas can be livestreamed on request. (Quick Path and Melodious Drum cannot be livestreamed)

Please note: It is always much better to attend a class or puja in person. Joining online should be seen as an option only if you are unable to attend in person.

Everyone is welcome to join our meditation classes. People attend for many reasons—some to find peace from stress or anxiety, others to deepen their understanding of meditation and Buddhist teachings, or simply to enjoy a friendly, like-minded community.

Each class includes guided meditations, a practical talk on applying Buddhist wisdom to daily life, and time for reflection or questions. No previous experience is needed.

Classes are self-contained, so you can come to any session that suits you (except the Foundation Programme, which requires enrolment). After each class, the teacher is available for a chat or to answer questions.

There are two ways to attend classes: pay-as-you-go or through a Centre Card membership.

Pay-as-you-go lets you pay for each class individually. You can still enjoy discounts for booking a series or early-bird rates for weekend courses.

If you attend regularly, the Centre Card is the most economical option. Membership starts from £20 per month, with three levels depending on how often you attend. There’s no fixed commitment—you can change or cancel anytime.

All fees and memberships directly support the centre’s charitable activities, helping to keep meditation classes accessible to everyone.
