Silent Meditation

This class is intended for those who have some familiarity with meditation and wish to deepen their concentration. The session begins with the Liberating Prayer, and is followed by about 20 minutes of sitting meditation, in silence. There will then be a two minute  break to stretch, followed by another 20 minutes silent meditation. The session concludes with some mantra chanting and dedication prayers.

No instruction is given during the session, but if you arrive a bit early the teacher will be happy to give some guidelines.
