What's on
Whether you’re new to meditation or have been practising for many years, there are many opportunities to learn, meditate, and connect with others at Kalpa Bhadra Kadampa Buddhist Centre.
Throughout the year we offer regular meditation classes, special courses and retreats, and chanted prayer sessions. Each provides a different way to explore Buddhist teachings, develop inner peace, and bring positive qualities into daily life.

Regular Classes
Our weekly meditation classes are designed for modern life, offering practical methods to reduce stress, develop a peaceful mind, and discover Buddhist wisdom. With classes held in Llandudno and across North Wales, everyone is welcome, whether you're completely new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice.

Courses & Retreats
Take time away from the busyness of daily life and explore meditation and Buddhism in greater depth. Our half-day, full-day, and weekend courses and retreats provide an opportunity to focus on a particular topic, gain deeper experience of meditation, and return to daily life feeling refreshed and inspired.

Chanted Prayers
Chanted prayers are a special opportunity to connect with Buddhist teachings through meditation, prayer, and reflection. These sessions help us develop positive states of mind, deepen our spiritual practice, and create peaceful conditions for ourselves and others.

Foundation Programme
The Foundation Programme is a weekly study and meditation course for those who wish to deepen their understanding and practice of Kadampa Buddhism. Through guided study, discussion, and meditation, it offers a structured path to integrating Buddha's teachings into daily life.
